STARTERS
- Smoked salmon and horseradish pâté served with shaved beetroot and cucumber salad
- Roast red pepper, squash and harissa soup with home made granary bread
MAINS
- Griddled duck breast with Seville oranges served with crispy kale and a blackcurrant sauce
- Braised lamb shank with a red wine, rosemary and mint jus
Both served with sweet potato and parsnip mash, tender stem broccoli and garden peas - Baked cod topped with a dill pesto served on Puy lentils with aubergine and tomatoes
- Aubergine and apricot tagine with herby couscous
PUDDINGS
All served with heart shaped shortbread biscuits
